The location was stunning and lovely, right by the downstairs restaurant and the old city gate and the old town. The staff were amicable and excellent day and night. Got a double room when arrived, truly enjoyed that.

The standard double room we were given had central heating and TV. Location: the hotel was short walk to the old town, the downstairs restaurant, and the old city gate:)))

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a delicious breakfast served in a charming dining room. Additionally, the hotel is known for hosting events such as the Artichoke event.

There was a minor inconvenience of not having a phone in the room for room service. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was easy to find and situated in a charming medieval town. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast in the lovely dining room. The staff were also very pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the room, although small, was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

There were a couple of aspects of my stay at this hotel that I didn't particularly like. I arrived on a Sunday and found a check-in envelope with no interaction with any staff members until breakfast, and even then, it was just a brief encounter.

This hotel is situated in the charming old town, with plenty of exciting sights and dining options nearby. Guests will have the opportunity to catch the Artichoke festival, which is held in the area. the rooms are mainly clean and cozy, and there's a good breakfast served in a delightful room with adequate seating.
